On 1 July 2021, a new law on aesthetic injection treatments entered into force. The new law means, among other things, that only licensed doctors, nurses and dentists may perform injections with fillers and botox. Consultation and reflection period

The new law on fillers and botox means that as a new customer you must first have a consultation. Then you have at least 48 hours to think about it before the injection treatment can be carried out. This also applies to existing customers who have not had the treatment in question before, or if it has been more than 6 months since the last treatment.

Who can perform aesthetic injections?

Under the new law on aesthetic injections such as fillers and botox, only licensed doctors, nurses and dentists can perform aesthetic injection treatments. This means that the work cannot be delegated to someone who does not fulfil the competence requirements.

What training is needed to perform aesthetic injection treatments?

Only trained doctors, dentists and nurses can perform injection treatments. This means that the people performing the treatments need to have one of these medical training programmes.

We have the right training, long experience and a lot of specialised expertise. If you want to know more and see who we are who work at Conturkliniken®, you can click here.

Why does the new law exist?

The new law is designed to protect people's lives and health. Aesthetic procedures and treatments have become very popular and therefore the industry needs to be regulated. We at Conturkliniken® welcome the new law - our policy has always been to work with patient safety.

What does the law mean for me as a client of Conturkliniken®?
